Training Classes
Our Training Difference
Our training classes use positive reinforcement training techniques. Our Seasoned Trainer is Deanna Scott; she follows the teachings of
Dr. Ian Dunbar and other positive reinforcement trainers. She stresses the importance of socializing your dog to other dogs, children, and adults. Our trainer teaches you how to train your dog to be a good house companion. She describes her training philosophy:
"I believe in setting your dog up for success and rewarding your dog for getting it right! Using positive training helps to increase the human-canine bond and makes for a pleasant experience for owner and dog. Give your dog love and respect, and you will receive love and respect back. Your dog is part of your family. You try to give your family the best upbringing possible; now you can do the same for the canine members of your family."
